Autumn events at Falmouth Library

From children’s activities to author talks, Falmouth Library has some fantastic events coming up this autumn.

Kicking the season off, the regular Rhymetime and Storytime sessions will continue every Tuesday

in term-time, from September. If you’ve got little ones at home, aged 0-4 years, bring them along to Rhymetime, 11am-11.30am, for a sing-song and to enjoy some fun rhymes, or to Storytime, 2pm-2.30pm, for heartwarming stories. The sessions are free to attend, and are a great way to get your youngster’s imagination flowing.

There will be two author talks: Paula Rooney on Wednesday, 11th September, 2.30pm; and Elaine Johns on Wednesday 6th November, time to be confirmed. Both events are free to attend, and present a great opportunity to discover new authors and books.

Green Libraries Week runs from 7th to 13th October, and Falmouth Library will have a variety of information about recycling, the environment and sustainability.
